Market Drive Temporary Closure 

COLUMBIA, MO (August 24, 2009) - The City of Columbia Public Works
Department announce that beginning Wednesday, August 26 at 7:00 am,
Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. will be placing underground utilities for the
Scott Blvd. Phase 1 project across Market Drive. This work will result
in temporary street closure of Market Drive, from Corona Road to Scott
Blvd. 

The work should be completed and the road fully reopened by Friday,
September 4 at 5:00pm weather permitting, Motorists and pedestrians are
urged to exercise extreme caution when in the construction area and use
an alternate route whenever possible.
