Ribbon-cutting ceremony planned for completion of Brown School Road
(COLUMBIA, MO) - The Columbia Public Works Department invites the
public to a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the completion of Brown
School Road. The ribbon cutting will be held on Thursday, July 16, at
8:30 a.m. at the northeast corner of Brown School Road and Providence
Road.
The 2005 ballot issue project included the reconstruction of Brown
School Road at Highway 763/Rangeline Street, which extends westward to
Providence Road, approximately 3,900 feet in length. The total cost was

Funds. This project was completed by Lehman Construction. The
reconstruction of Rangeline/Highway 763 should be completed by MoDOT
later this year.
