Public Comment Sought on 2010 City/County Social Service Needs
 
Public input is needed in order to assist in determining the greatest
social service needs in our area. The Boone County Community Services
Advisory Commission has received funding proposals from 33 local social
service agencies to provide service programs in Columbia and Boone
County. FY2010 funding requests total $1,064,638 in City funding and
$144,535 in County funding for 51 different program services.
 
In order to best identify how social service programs impact the
Columbia/Boone County Community, the Boone County Community Services
Advisory Commission is requesting written comment from the public.
