Parks and Recreation Presents Family Fun Fest: Percussion Phun

COLUMBIA, MO - Don’t miss out on the fun!  The last Family Fun Fest
of the year will be held from 6-8 p.m. on October 21 at Flat Branch Park
(4th and Cherry). 

October 21: Percussion Phun
Join us as Flat Branch Park is filled with all kinds of drumming.  The
evening will consist of the following:
6:00 pm: All Star Grant Drum Ensemble
6:20 pm: Columbia Missouri Community Drum & Rhythmband
6:40 pm: Bocomo Drumheads
7:20 pm: MU Steel

Columbia Home & Lifestyle Magazine will be there with pink pumpkin
painting for the kids, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Children will also be able to make and decorate their very own
instrument.

Entertainment for the entire family will feature music,
balloon-animals, face painting and guaranteed fun for all ages. Also,
don’t miss out on the City of Columbia’s very own firetruck.

The Family Fun Fest series is sponsored by KPLA 101.5, Columbia
Convention & Visitors Bureau, Columbia Home & Lifestyle Magazine and
KOMU 8.
