Public hearing set for Sewer District 167 Shepard Hills Subdivision
								
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The Public Works Department announces a public
hearing for the Sewer District 167, Shepard Hills Subdivision along
Timberhill Road and Timberhill Trail. The public hearing will be held on
Monday, Nov. 2, during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting,
which begins at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers, fourth floor of the
Daniel Boone Building, 701 E. Broadway. 
	The proposed project includes extending sanitary sewer to 16
parcels of land. The estimated construction cost for this project is
$684,000. The cost is proposed to be paid from tax bills levied against
the properties within the sewer district.
