Public hearing for Discovery Parkway

(COLUMBIA, MO) - The Public Works Department announces a public hearing
concerning construction of Discovery Parkway from U.S. 63 Interchange to
New Haven Road. The public hearing will be held Monday, March 1, during
the regularly scheduled City Council meeting, which begins at 7 p.m. in
the Council Chambers on the first floor of the new City Hall addition,
701 E. Broadway. 
This project was identified in the 2005 ballot. The estimated project
cost is $4.3 million with funds coming from the Federal American and
Reinvestment Act. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and
comment on the project.
