U.S.Cellular® Movies in the Park
 
Don’t miss a community event that is fun for all ages! The US Cellular® Movies in the Park will take place on Friday, July 9 at 9 pmat FlatBranchPark, showing: 
 
Planet 51 (PG):  American astronaut Captain Charles "Chuck" Baker lands on Planet 51 thinking he's the first person to step foot on it. To his surprise, he finds that this planet is inhabited by little green people who are happily living in a white picket fence world, and whose only fear is that it will be overrun by alien invaders...like Chuck!
 
The movies, shown on a giant inflatable screen, resemble a drive-in without cars, yet offers better sound, soft grass, and the gorgeous stars above. Movie-goers are encouraged to bring a blanket or low lawn chair.
 
Pre-show activities will start at 8 pm.
 
Admission price is $1 per person; children 12 and under are free. Concessions will be available. There are no rain dates.
