More streets to be chip sealed this week
        
(COLUMBIA, MO) – The city of Columbia Public Works Department announces that more streets have been added to the chip seal list for the week of July 26, weather permitting:

• Moss Street, from Gordon to McAlester
• Monroe Street, from  Old Hwy 63 to Paris Road
• Hinkson Avenue, from William to Melbourne
• Hartley Court, from William to Windsor
• Gordon Street, from  Charles Street to Paris Road
• Taft, from Monroe to Gordon 
• Oakwood Drive, from east end to Old Hwy 63 
• Fellows Place, from Rock Quarry to south end
This work will result in temporary lane restrictions on the streets listed above. The work should be completed and the streets fully reopened each day, weather permitting. Parking will be restricted on each street during this period. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the construction area and use an alternate route when possible.
