Pedestrian bridge repairs at Stephens College

COLUMBIA, MO (February 9, 2011) - The city of Columbia Public Works Department announces that beginning Thursday, Feb. 10, Grove Construction Company, working for Stephens College, will perform repairs on the two pedestrian bridges over Broadway and College Avenue. Motorists should expect lane closures, but only one lane at a time will be closed while repairs are being made.

The work is expected to last two days, weather permitting. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
