Kite Flying Day Planned

COLUMBIA, MO (April 9, 2012) - Parks and Recreation is planning the Annual Kite Flying Day! It will be held from 12 to 2 p.m. on April 14 at Douglass Park.

 

The event is free; prizes will be awarded for Largest Flying Kite, Smallest Flying Kite, and Highest Flyer. A limited number of kites will be give to children who do not have one to fly.
