City Council to discuss budget

COLUMBIA, MO (August 15, 2012) - A City Council budget work session will be held Saturday, Aug. 18, in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 701 E. Broadway. The session will begin at 8 a.m. and wrap up no later than 5 p.m. Public hearings regarding the budget are scheduled for City Council meetings at 7 p.m. on Aug. 20 and Sept. 4 with a final hearing and vote on Sept. 17.

The work session and Council meetings will be broadcast on the City Channel on Mediacom channel 80 (digital 23s), Charter Communications channel 992 and CenturyLink 601. Meetings will also stream live at www.GoColumbiaMo.com/Council/Meetings/meetings.php.
