Columbia Youth Compete in the NFL Punt, Pass & Kick Team Championship in St. Louis

COLUMBIA, MO (December 4, 2012) - Two Columbia youth competed on December 2 in the statewide NFL Punt, Pass and Kick competition. It was held at the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis at the Rams-49ers game.

 

Eryn Puett won first place in the girls 10-11 age group with a total score of 242'2". Joseph Lucke placed fourth in the boys 14-15 age group, with a total score of 205'.

 

Since Puett won first in her category, she will await notification from the NFL to determine if she will qualify for the National Competition to be hosted at an NFL playoff game in January.

 

The Punt, Pass and Kick competition is a free program organized locally by Columbia Parks and Recreation.
