Windsor Street access to College Avenue closed on Monday

COLUMBIA, MO (January 27, 2012) - Columbia Water & Light will be installing new underground electric conduit for a construction project on College Avenue between Walnut and Ash streets on Monday, January 30, weather permitting. This construction project will require the closure of Windsor Street at College Avenue from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Motorists heading west will need to detour around the block using Melbourne Street. Traffic on College Avenue should not be interrupted by this project. Those traveling in the area are urged to be cautious for the safety of the electric crews.
