Temporary road closure on Locust Street

COLUMBIA, MO (March 26, 2012) - The city of Columbia Public Works Department announces that Locust Street, from Waugh to Hitt Street, will be closed Wednesday, March 28, and Thursday, March 29. The sidewalk along this section will also be closed.

The closure is due to residential sewer work being performed by Emery Sapp and Sons. Motorists and pedestrians are advised to avoid the area and detour around Locust Street.
