College and Walnut (Brookside Apartments) Water Flow During Fire on 05-27-2012

COLUMBIA, MO (May 30, 2012) - Many media outlets have requested data on how much water was flowed to control and extinguish the fire at College and Walnut (Brookside Apartments) on Sunday, May 27, 2012. 

According to data from the Columbia Water and Light Department, it is estimated that 2 million + gallons of water was used to control and extinguish the fire. 

The origin and cause of the fire remain under investigation.
