Motorist Alert

COLUMBIA, MO (April 4, 2013) - MOTORIST ALERT

 

 

The Columbia Police Department is urging motorists to take alternate routes to avoid the area of Nifong Blvd. and Sinclair Rd. on 4/5/2013 between the hours of 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.  A memorial service for former Columbia resident Tom Clements is being held at Woodcrest Chapel, 2201 W. Nifong, at 4 p.m. and a large attendance is expected.  Due to the time frame of this event closely coinciding with the afternoon dismissal of Mill Creek Elementary School, significant traffic congestion is expected in the area.
