Jeremy Ruff Arrested During A Traffic Stop at Route B and Highway 63 North

COLUMBIA, MO (April 19, 2013) - On 4/18/13 at 11:40 P.M., Officers arrested Jeremy Ruff for a felony warrant for the charge of discharge/shoot firearm at vehicle, armed criminal action, tampering in the first degree and a misdemeanor warrant for defective equipment.  Ruff was arrested during a traffic stop at  Route B and Highway 63 North.
