Suspect Description From Ash/Ridgeway Accident

COLUMBIA, MO (August 14, 2013) - The suspect was described by witnesses as an Hispanic male, 5'8" to 5'10", thin to medium build, wearing a white t-shirt, and had some sort of injury to his head as he was bleeding.  He was last seen running away from the accident.
