City offices closed for Christmas holiday

COLUMBIA, MO (December 18, 2013) - City offices will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 25, in observance of Christmas. Residential refuse and recycling will not be made Wednesday and will be delayed one day the rest of the week. Questions concerning holiday refuse collection should be directed to the Public Works Solid Waste Division at 874-6291.

City buses will not operate Dec. 25. The sanitary landfill will be closed and parking meter regulations will not be enforced Dec. 25. Though administrative offices for both the police and fire departments will be closed Dec. 25, all other emergency services will be available.
