Summer Fun at Next Family Fun Fest

COLUMBIA, MO (July 10, 2013) - Have some “Summer Fun” at the next Family Fun Fest! This month’s event is set from 6 to 8 p.m. on July 17 at Flat Branch Park. All activities will have a summer theme.

 

Entertainment will include:

Drumming by The Junk Band

Juggling by Juggling Jason

Hulagans

 

In addition, the Food Bank will be collecting non-perishable canned or boxed food items, as well as monetary donations.

 

The Fun Fests feature a new theme each month and offer free entertainment for the entire family such as music, special performances, art activities, bounce-houses, hands-on activities, face painting and fun for all ages. Also, kids will have the chance to check out a fire truck from the City of Columbia.

 

The Family Fun Fests are sponsored by the Convention & Visitors Bureau, KPLA 101.5, KOMU TV8, EntPro Entertainment and Columbia Home Magazine.
