Sidewalk closure at 8th and Broadway - November 25th and 26th

COLUMBIA, MO (November 25, 2013) - This project was delayed due to rain last week. The contractor plans to complete the project Monday and Tuesday of this week, November 25 and 26.

 

Beginning Wednesday, November 20, at 7:00 a.m.  Bee Seen Signs will begin placing holiday lighting on the sides of the buildings located near E. Broadway and S. Eighth St.  This work will result in a sidewalk closure on E. Broadway between S. Seventh St. and S. Eighth St., followed by a sidewalk closure on S. Eighth St. between E. Broadway and Cherry St.  The work should be completed and the sidewalks fully reopened by Thursday, November 21, by 4:00 p.m.

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
