Stephens Lake and Spraygrounds Open This Weekend

COLUMBIA, MO (September 19, 2013) - The Roots N’ Blues Festival at Stephens Lake Park this weekend will restrict traffic and parking in the area around the park. However, the beach and spraygrounds will remain open to the public.  Swimmers may use the parking lot on Old Highway 63 if spots are available.
