Prairie Lane Connection - Substantialy completed on time and on budget

COLUMBIA, MO (February 18, 2014) - 
The Prairie Lane Connection is now open. Emery Sapp & Sons Inc., of Columbia Missouri, substantially completed the project on time and on budget despite harsh winter weather conditions. 
Some grading and planting work will take place once the ground has thawed later this spring. 
Below is the original press release announcing the construction. 

Beginning December 2, 2013, at 7:00 am, Emery Sapp & Sons Inc. of Columbia Missouri will begin preparing for the construction of the Prairie Lane Connection. The connection of Prairie Lane is scheduled to be completed by February 21, 2014, weather permitting.  The Prairie Lane Connection is funded by Capitol Improvement Sales Tax with a total cost of $238,106.94.
Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the construction area.
