Arrest Made In Statutory Sodomy On Grace Ellen Drive

COLUMBIA, MO (February 18, 2014) -              ARREST MADE IN STATUTORY SODOMY ON GRACE ELLEN DRIVE


On 2/18/14 at 9:00 P.M. , Columbia Police arrested Oscar Contreras, age 26, from Columbia, for Statutory Sodomy in the First Degree with a to be set bond and Endangering the Welfare of a Child with a bond of $4,500.00. Contreras was originally arrested on 2/17/14 at 9:50 P.M. in the 2200 block of Grace Ellen Drive for an outstanding federal warrant for failure to appear for deportation with no bond set.


While Contreras was at the Boone County Jail, officers and detectives were investigating a report of a statutory sodomy that occurred during the evening hours of 2/16/14 through 2/17/14 in the 2200 block of Grace Ellen Drive. Contreras subjected the female juvenile victim, aged 7, to deviate sexual intercourse.
