What: News conference to announce City Manager Mike Matthes’ FY 2015 budget proposal

Notes: The City Channel will broadcast the news conference live on Mediacom channel 80 (digital 23s), Charter Communications channel 992 and CenturyLink channel 96. Budget documents will be posted at www.GoColumbiaMo.com after 10 a.m. July 25.
