COLUMBIA, MO (May 4, 2014) - Columbia Fire Department Responds to a Kitchen Fire on Commercial Dr.
COLUMBIA, MO (May 4, 2014) - 
At 8:48p.m. Sunday, May 04, 2014 the Columbia Fire Department responded to a report of a residential structure fire in central Columbia. Columbia Fire crews arrived on the scene to find an extinguished fire in the kitchen.
There were three occupants in the structure at the time of the fire.  The fire cause is determined to be unattended cooking.  The occupants were able to extinguish the fire before the fire dept. arrived.
The damage estimate is estimated around $1500.
