South 5th Street Road Closure - May 13 from 9:00 am to noon

COLUMBIA, MO (May 7, 2014) - Beginning Tuesday, May 13 at 9:00 a.m., Dresser-Rand, contractor for the University of Missouri, will begin work place a steam turbine rotor. This work will result in a road and sidewalk closure of Fifth Street between Stewart Road and Elm Street.  The work should be completed and the road fully reopened by Tuesday May 13, at 12:00 p.m.

Motorists and non-motorized transportation users are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
