Water line work on Kathy Drive will restrict traffic 

COLUMBIA, MO (November 26, 2014) - Columbia Water & Light will be upgrading a 2 ¼ inch water line to a six inch main on Kathy Drive starting Wednesday, December 3. The new water main will provide extra water to the area and resolve problems with the old line breaking.  Depending on the weather, construction could take until the end of March to complete. Traffic on Kathy Drive, south of Texas Avenue, will be restricted at different times during this project. Motorists are urged to be cautious when traveling in the area. Customers will be individually notified of any disruptions in water service while the new water main is being installed.
