Lane restrictions on Worley at Auburn to finish water project 

COLUMBIA, MO (April 24, 2015) - Columbia Water & Light staff members have been installing a new water line located on Auburn Lane this week. On Monday, April 27 and possibly Tuesday, April 28 from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm the crews will be removing the connection to the old line and transferring water service over to the new water main. The water line on Auburn Lane is being upgraded from a one-inch line to a two-inch line so more water can be delivered to the area.

 

The project will require some work on Worley Street so lanes in both directions will be restricted. Auburn Lane will only be open to local traffic. Motorists are urged to be cautious when traveling in the area.
