Alley Closure - Alley south of Cherry between 8th and 9th Streets

COLUMBIA, MO (January 23, 2015) - Beginning Monday, January 26 at 7:00 a.m., Cook Concrete will begin excavation of the Alley between 8th Street and 9th Street South of Cherry Street to perform a sewer tap near 808 Cherry Street.  This will result in an alley closure of the Alley between 8th Street and 9th Street, south of Cherry Street.  The work associated with the closure should be completed by Friday, February 6 at 4:30 p.m. weather permitting. 

Motorists and non-motorized transportation users are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the work zone and use an alternate route whenever possible.
