Update: Fatal Pedestrian Traffic Crash at MO163 (Providence Road) and Carter Lane

COLUMBIA, MO (January 23, 2015) - UPDATE: Fatal Pedestrian Traffic Crash at MO163 (Providence Road) and Carter Lane

 

 

The Traffic Unit has identified the female pedestrian as Kui Zou, age 24, a University of Missouri student from China. Zou was pronounced dead at the scene of the Traffic crash. The traffic Unit contacted her next of kin in China.
