Asphalt Sealing and Rejuvenating Projects - July 20 - 24

COLUMBIA, MO (July 17, 2015) - Beginning on Monday, July 20 at 7:30 am, Public Works Department Street Division will apply asphalt sealing and rejuvenating products between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. daily until Friday, July 24, weather permitting, at the locations listed below.

Glenwood Av South from Stewart Rd to south end 

Lathrop Rd from West Bv to Westount Av 

Lindell Dr from Greenwood to Stewart Rd 

Again St from Pershing to Hardin 

Redwood Rd from Gary to north end 

Crestland Av from Stewart Rd to St. Michael 

Maplewood Dr from Broadway to Rollins 

St. Michael from St. Christopher to west end 

Ridge Rd from Marion to Medavista 

Westover St. from Prospect to Sunset Dr 

Ivy Way from East Briarwood to West Briarwood 

Longfellow Ln from Rickingham to south end 

Oxford Dr from Colby to College Park 

Rockingham Dr from Longfellow Ln to Longfellow Ln 

Stanford Dr from Maplewood to west end 

Bourn Av from Rollins to south end 

Vegas Dr from Bourn to Yuma 

Topas from Bourn to Martin 

Yuma from Vegas to west end 

 

 

Motorist and non-motorized transportation users are urged to use caution in the work zones and find alternate routes when available. Due to the nature of the work, each street will be marked as "No Parking" while the sealing work is performed. Vehicles which are not moved are subject to citation and towing at the owners expense.

This work is highly dependent on correct weather conditions. Should a street or streets not be completed the week of July 20, the work will be completed the following week.
