Boards and commissions applications are available

COLUMBIA, MO (June 16, 2015) - The Columbia city clerk is accepting applications for boards and commissions. Applications must be received by the City Clerk’s Office, 701 E. Broadway, second floor, by 5 p.m. Monday, July 6. Applications are available at the clerk’s office or on the city’s website at www.GoColumbiaMo.com on the City Council page. The following are current boards and commissions openings:

 

*Bicycle/Pedestrian Commission

*Board of Electrical Examiners

*Board of Mechanical Examiners

*Building Construction Codes Commission

*City of Columbia New Century Fund, Inc. Board

*Columbia Vision Commission

*Commission on Cultural Affairs

*Finance Advisory and Audit Committee

*Mayor’s Council on Physical Fitness and Health

*Public Transit Advisory Commission

*Substance Abuse Advisory Commission

*University of Missouri Extension Council of Boone County

*Youth Advisory Council
