Shots Fired Quail Drive
COLUMBIA, MO (October 20, 2015) - SHOTS FIRED QUAIL DRIVE
On 1/20/15 at 1:20 P.M, Officers were dispatched to the 2500 block of Quail Drive in reference to shots fired.
Witnesses reported a black male was standing by a group of mailboxes in the 2600 block of Quail Drive shooting at a moving vehicle. The suspect was last seen running north on Nelwood Drive.
Officers located one spent bullet in the street and damage to a window of a residence in the 2500 block of Quail Drive. The bullet struck the metal of the window causing the glass to break. The victim inside was cut by the glass from the broken window.
There were no injuries reported from gunfire. There are no other reports of property damaged. There have been no arrests made and the investigation is ongoing.
Suspect Description:
Black male, late teens to early 20’s, 5’9”, stocky build, last seen wearing a t-shirt and shorts.
