Sidewalk Closure - Broadway at Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth, Ninth streets

COLUMBIA, MO (April 22, 2016) - There will be sidewalk closures on Broadway at Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth and Ninth streets starting Monday, April 25 to finish the ADA sidewalk ramp upgrades that were scheduled in conjunction with the Broadway mill and overlay project.

The American with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a civil rights law that prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in all areas of public life, including jobs, schools, transportation and all public and private places that are open to the general public.

Typically only one corner of an intersection will be closed at one time. The contractor for this Capital Improvement Project is APAC.
