Columbia Public Works – Roadwork April 19-29, 2016

COLUMBIA, MO (April 18, 2016) - APAC Missouri, through a contract with Columbia Public Works, will be performing routine road maintenance work this week at the following locations:

Milling and overlay work is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, April 19, and conclude on April 29, weather permitting. Rain may delay the scheduled maintenance.

The latest updates on road maintenance are also available on the Public Works’ Twitter feed (twitter.com/pub_works) and Facebook account (www.facebook.com/ColumbiaMissouriPublicWorks).

Motorists, and non-motorized transportation users, are encouraged to find alternate routes and use caution when in the work zone. There is no parking on the street when work is under way.

The projected total cost of the mill and overlay contract for the City this year is just over a million dollars, paid for from the annual street department budget.
