Resurfacing of Broadway will impact parking and pedestrian traffic next week

COLUMBIA, MO (March 11, 2016) - Parking spots and pedestrian walkways on the north side of Broadway from Fifth through Seventh streets will be resurfaced starting on Monday, March 14 through Wednesday, March 16. The work is required after Columbia Water & Light installed a new twelve-inch water main last fall. Traffic is not expected to be hampered in the area but there might be times when the workers will need to be in the roadway. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to be cautious around the work site.
