Armed Robbery in the 1600 Block of Dunhill Court
COLUMBIA, MO (March 13, 2016) - ARMED ROBBERY IN THE 1600 BLOCK OF DUNHILL COURT
On 3/12/16 at approximately 10:13 P.M., Officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Dunhill Court in reference to an armed robbery.
The investigation revealed the residents arrived home and the suspect followed in behind them through an open garage door. The victims’ were confronted by the suspect once inside the house. The suspect brandished a handgun and demanded their valuables. The suspect fled the residence on foot with the victims’ cellular phone and undisclosed items.
A track was conducted by a CPD K9 and the victims’ cellular phone was recovered. The victims were not injured during the robbery and the investigation is ongoing.
The suspect was described as a black male , late teens to early 20’s, short, thin build with long dreadlocks.
