Hominy Trail Phase II - Work Begins Monday, March 21

COLUMBIA, MO (March 18, 2016) - Beginning Monday, March 21 at 7:00 a.m., Sam Gaines Construction, Inc. of New Bloomfield, MO will begin construction on the Hominy Trail Phase II project at Lansing Avenue. This section of the trail will extend from Lansing Avenue to just north of Interstate 70 (The Links parking lot). The work is scheduled to be completed by the fall of 2016 weather permitting and is funded by non-motorized grants.

Motorists and non-motorized transportation users are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the work zone and use an alternate route whenever possible.
