ARMED ROBBERY ON WEST BUSINESS LOOP 70

COLUMBIA, MO (September 2, 2016) -                                             ARMED ROBBERY ON WEST BUSINESS LOOP 70

 

On 9/2/16 at 6:17 a.m., officers were dispatched to 1512 W. Business Loop 70, Economy Taxi, in reference to an armed robbery.

 

The female victim, age 55, reported two white males entered the store both armed with handguns and demanded money.  The suspects took an undisclosed amount of money and fled the scene on foot. The victim reported the suspects were white males with clothing covering their faces. The victim was not injured during the robbery.

 

The suspects have not been arrested and the investigation is ongoing.
