1) Regional Catholic High School O-P Development Plan, located N of Gans Rd, 1,500 ft W of Gans Creek Rd (Case 08-53)

2) Rezoning 0.6 acre from M-1 & R-3 to C-2, located on the NE corner of Ash & St. James Streets (Case 08-69)

3) Proposed amendment to City Code Section 23 (Signs) pertaining to public library banner signs
