A request by Hurdle Investments, LLC for approval of a PUD development
plan to be known as “Linkside at Old Hawthorne,” located on the west
side of Old Hawthorne Drive East, north of State Route WW, containing
approximately 14.49 acres. This item was tabled at the July 24, 2008
meeting.

Case No. 08-65
A request by Tompkins Homes and Development, Inc., to establish R-1 as
permanent City zoning on property pending voluntary annexation into the
City of Columbia, located on the southeast side of State Route KK, west
of Red River Drive, containing approximately 3.65 acres. This item was
tabled from the August 7, 2008 meeting which was canceled.
