A “concept review” meeting was held on December 5, regarding the
following:
 
Subdivision and PUD/O-P development plan on approximately 457-acres of
City-owned parkland.  The subject site is located on the north and south
sides of Gans Road, west of US Highway 63. (Case 08-105)
