[Planning and Development]

You are invited to a public information meeting on the following
proposal:
 
A request by Harrison Rohe Properties, LLC to rezone approximately 0.45
acre of property from R-3 & C-3 to C-P, located west of Old 63, between
Monroe and Ammonette Streets (1807 & 1811 Monroe Streets) (Case 08-106)
 
A concept review meeting was held on Dec. 19, 2008 to discuss the
rezoning and future development plan.
