A “concept review” meeting was held on January 29, 2009 regarding the
following:
 
A request by Community Housing Options to evaluate design plans for the
development of a 10-unit single story multi-family apartment building on
approximately 2 acres of City owned land. The property is located north
of the intersection of Vandiver Drive and Oakland Gravel Road. (Case
