A “concept review” meeting was held on January 29, 2009 regarding the
following:
 
A request by Flying Cow Construction Company, LLC (owner) to review the
subdivision plat for the development of a 4.6 acre tract of land that is
zoned A-1 (Agriculture).  Proposed improvement of the site would be to
allow for the construction a personal storage building.  The property is
located on the west side of Rock Quarry Road, approximately 3,700 feet
north of Grindstone Parkway (addressed as 2401 Rock Quarry Road). (Case
