08-93    Hawthorne Woods – A preliminary plat of a major subdivision
located on the east side of Rolling Hills Road, extended, north of the
Old Hawthorne development, approximately one mile north of Route WW,
containing approximately 46.18 acres.
 
4)       PUBLIC HEARINGS
08-91    A request by East Richland Road Properties, LLC and Richland
Road Properties, LLC, to establish permanent City zoning on property
pending voluntary annexation on five tracts located on the south side of
Richland Road, primarily southwest of the Richland Road/Grace Lane
intersection and containing approximately 271.49 acres in total:
·        Tract 1: C-P – 90.09 acres
·        Tract 2: C-P – 10.73 acres
·        Tract 3: PUD-14 – 12.42 acres
·        Tract 4: PUD-5 -26.50
·        Tract 5: PUD-8 – 131.75 acres

08-102  Proposed Revisions to the City’s Major Roadway Plan including
the following items:
1. New streetconnections in Scott Boulevard & Route K Area. Tabled from
the December 4, 2008 meeting.
 
08-100  A request by Bette S. Weiss, Trustee of the James M.A. Weiss
Family Trust, to establish C-P as permanent City zoning, located on the
south side of Richland Road, approximately 250 feet east of the
intersection of St. Charles Road and Richland Road, containing
approximately 21.90 acres.  Tabled from the December 18, 2008 meeting.
 
08-88    A request by Hinkson Creek Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses
to rezone property from R-1 to C-P, located on the northeast corner of
Holly Avenue and Andy Drive (2207 Holly Avenue), and containing
approximately 0.80 acre.
 
08-93    A request by Heartland Wood, LLC, and William D. and Neva C.
Powell to establish R-1 as permanent City zoning on property pending
voluntary annexation into the City of Columbia, located on the east side
of the city, on the east side of Rolling Hills Road, extended,
approximately one mile north of State Route WW and containing
approximately 46.18 acres.
 
08-109  Proposed revisions to Chapter 29 of the Columbia City Code
(Zoning Regulations) pertaining to the establishment of revised public
hearing procedures for zoning related matters.
