A “concept review” meeting was held on June 9, 2009regarding the
following:
 
A request by Boone Development Inc. to prepare a revised preliminary
plat for the Gates at Old Hawthorne subdivision, located in the
northwest corner of the Old Hawthorne Development and east of Rolling
Hills Road.  The request proposes a new lot layout upon the remaining
land within the development. (Case 09-62)
