A “concept review” meeting was held on May 19, 2009, regarding the
following:
 
A request by Timothy Reed (engineering consultant), on behalf of Jesse
Howell (owner) for approval of a 0.75-acre one-lot subdivision on A-1
zoned land, to be known as “Howell Subdivision – Block 2”.  The property
is located on the west side of Strawn Road(Rte ZZ), 500 feet north of
Broadway. (Case 09-53)
