09-11    I-70 Eagle Stop Plat 1 – A final minor plat located on the
northeast corner of Providence Roadand Texas Avenue, containing
approximately 0.71 acre.
 
6)       PUBLIC HEARINGS
08-102  Proposed Revisions to the City’s Major Roadway Plan including
the following items:
1. New streetconnections in Scott Boulevard & Route K Area. (r)
Tabled from the December 4, 2008, January 8, 2009and February 5,
2009meetings.
 
09-18    Proposed revisions to Chapter 29 of the Columbia City Code
(Zoning Regulations), to distinguish “villas” from            
“duplexes”.  The revisions would define “villa” as a type of
attached one-family dwelling that is subject to design            
criteria intended to ensure high-quality aesthetics, and promote owner
occupancy. (r)
 
09-20    Proposed revisions to Chapter 29 of the Columbia City Code
(Zoning Regulations) that would permit funeral   homes, with or without
a mortuary, in the O-1(Office) and O-P (Planned Office) zoning
districts.  The revisions     would establish specific criteria by which
such uses would be permitted within each district. (r)
